Refund policy

We want every Tendhouse template to earn its place in your practice. If it doesn't, here's how refunds and swaps work.
Templates: 30 days to refund or swap
This covers the Practice OS (every edition), Session Notes & Packages, the Coach Instagram Kit, the Client Welcome Kit, the Canva Marketing Bundle and All-Access.
- Refund: ask within 30 days of your order and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.
- Swap: or, within the same 30 days, swap it for another Tendhouse template. If the new one costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.
After a refund, please delete your copies of the templates from Notion and Canva.
All-Access + Setup
- Before your setup session has taken place, the 30-day refund or swap above applies to the whole order.
- Once your setup session has taken place, the session itself isn't refundable. Within 30 days of your order you can still ask for a refund of the All-Access part of your order ($279 CAD).
Done-for-You Setup
- Ask for a full refund any time before your kickoff call.
- Once we've started building your system, the setup work isn't refundable.
Upgrade credit
Everything you buy counts toward All-Access for 12 months (see Upgrade credit). If an order is refunded, the credit it earned is removed. If you've used that credit toward All-Access, we take it off the refund of the earlier order.
How to ask
Reply to your order email, or send us your order number through our contact page. We reply within 2 business days.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, including any tax you paid. We process them within 5 business days of your request; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Something not working?
If a link doesn't open or a template won't duplicate, tell us first. Most problems take a few minutes to fix.
