Terms of service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from Tendhouse ("we", "us"), a business based in Alberta, Canada. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What we sell
Tendhouse sells digital templates for Notion and Canva, and setup services that help you put them to work:
- Templates: the Practice OS (Coach, Movement, and Nutrition & Health editions), Session Notes & Packages, the Coach Instagram Kit, the Client Welcome Kit, the Canva Marketing Bundle and All-Access.
- Services: All-Access + Setup (a 60-minute 1:1 setup session) and Done-for-You Setup.
Product pages describe what each one includes. Screenshots and videos show sample data, not real clients.
2. Prices, payment and tax
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.
We may change prices. A change never affects an order you've already placed. When we run a founding or launch price, we say on the product page what the price will rise to and on what date.
3. Delivery
Templates are delivered as links: a link to duplicate each Notion template into your own workspace, and a link to open each Canva template in your own account. You get them on the order confirmation page and by email, straight after checkout. Nothing is shipped.
You need your own Notion and Canva accounts. The free plans of both are enough.
4. Your license
Each purchase gives you a license for one practice: you, or one business you run. You may use and adapt the templates to run and market that practice, and share client portal pages with your own clients. You may not resell, share or give away the templates or their links, use them to make products for sale, or use one purchase for several separate businesses. The full terms are on our License page.
We keep all rights in the templates, designs, text and graphics we make. Your license is personal to you and can't be transferred.
5. Upgrade credit
Everything you buy from Tendhouse counts toward All-Access for 12 months, so you only pay the difference. Credit applies to All-Access only, can't be exchanged for cash, can't be more than the All-Access price, and is removed if the order that earned it is refunded. Details are on our Upgrade credit page.
6. Setup services
All-Access + Setup. After checkout you'll get a link to book your session. Sessions are limited to 4 a week, so the earliest time may be several days out. If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 24 hours before your session. Please book within 90 days of your order.
Done-for-You Setup. After checkout you'll get a short questionnaire and a link to book your kickoff call. We take 4 Done-for-You clients a month. Your system is ready about two weeks after the kickoff call, once we have your answers, your client list and any brand files. It includes a 60-minute kickoff call, a 30-minute recorded handover call and 30 days of email support after handover for questions and small changes.
For either service you may share client details with us, such as names, contact details and the packages they bought. We use them only to set up your system, keep them confidential, and delete our working copies when your support period ends. Please don't send us health or clinical information about your clients.
7. Not for health records
Our templates are for business admin and marketing. They aren't designed or certified for storing health records or clinical notes. Notion and Canva may not meet the health-privacy rules that apply to you, such as provincial health-information laws in Canada or HIPAA in the United States. You're responsible for keeping health and clinical information in a system built for it, and for following the privacy laws that apply to your practice.
8. Notion and Canva
Notion and Canva are third-party services with their own terms, plans and features, which can change. Tendhouse isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc. or Canva Pty Ltd. We can't control changes they make, but if a change stops a template from working, we'll update it or help you work around it.
9. Refunds
Refunds and swaps follow our Refund policy.
10. No guarantee of results
Our templates and services help you organize and market your practice. We don't promise any particular number of clients, income or business result. What you get out of them depends on how you use them and on many things outside our control.
11. Liability
We provide the templates and the website "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
12. Using this website
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may update or remove content on the site at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protections the laws of your home country or province give you.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you placed an order apply to that order.
