We set up your whole Tendhouse system for you. Notion runs your practice, Canva markets it, and both arrive in your brand, ready for your next client.

  • Everything in All-Access: every Practice OS edition, both Canva kits, Session Notes & Packages and every future template.
  • Your practice, built in. We import your clients and set up your sessions, packages, programs and intake form.
  • Your brand on both Canva kits. Your logo, colours and fonts across the Coach Instagram Kit and the Client Welcome Kit.
  • Two calls. A 60-minute kickoff to map how you work, and a 30-minute handover walkthrough you can rewatch.
  • 30 days of support. Email us after handover for questions and small changes.

We take 4 Done-for-You clients a month so each one gets full attention. Right after checkout you get a short questionnaire and the steps to book your kickoff call. Your system is ready about two weeks after the kickoff.

What you need

A Notion account and a Canva account (free plans are enough), your current client list in any format, and your logo and brand colours if you have them.

Good to know

Tendhouse doesn't book sessions or take payments. The templates are for business admin and marketing, not for storing health records.

License and refunds

One practice per purchase. Please don't resell or share the template links. Ask for a full refund any time before your kickoff call. Once we've started building, the setup work isn't refundable.
